The Alabama Public Library Service requests qualifications from qualified design professionals to provide architectural services for
Interior Renovations at the Alabama Public Library Service building
located at 6030 Monticello Drive, Montgomery, Alabama 36117. The scope of work includes the design of systems that are typically associated with interior renovations projects. The project may include, but is not limited to, interior corridor ceiling renovations primarily consisting of ceiling replacement and coordination of all existing through ceiling penetrations for various mechanical and electrical services and/or accessories. The estimated construction budget for this project is $75,000.00.

various minor project delivery, repair and renovation, small publics works, and JOC projects
that require enhanced speed of service and typically range between $50,000 and $250,000 total project cost. In order to provide efficient and high-quality professional service to our campus clients, AUFM Planning Design & Construction has elected to award numerous Indefinite Quantity / Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) agreements to qualified design professionals and other professional service providers necessary to complete these projects.

Pursuant to Alabama Act No. 2001-956, Auburn University seeks qualifications from qualified professionals to consult with the University facility program requirements, overall phasing plan, and the provision of basic architectural and engineering services for
Village Residence Halls- Interior Refurbishments
(AU Project Number: 21-095). This project will be a phased renovation, 8 buildings in total. The scope will focus mainly on finishes and millwork replacement of the interior common spaces and suites including coordination with separate mechanical upgrades project as well. The project will use the standard AU Housing Finishes, which will be provided to the Architect of Record to include in the design documents and specifications. AU Housing intends to renovate one to three buildings per phase. The overall AU Housing Execution Plan will be shared prior to the interview process.
