Project Management Division
The Project Management Division consists of registered Architects as Project Managers who supervise and administer projects of state agencies assigned to DCM to ensure compliance with state laws,
other regulations, and DCM procedures including plan review, contracts and inspections. Project Managers assist with planning for the construction, repair, remodeling, enlargement, renovation, furnishing,
refurnishing, improvement or relocation of buildings, structures, and facilities of assigned state departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, agencies and offices.
