The scope of work involves the design and construction administration for the sustainment, revitalization, and modernization at Alabama Army National Guard Readiness Centers, Surface and Aviation Maintenance Facilities, and Alabama Army National Guard Training Centers. Environmental services may also be provided for the various facilities under this proposal.

The proposed scope of Work for professional design services shall include but not be limited to the following: A new Building that will consist of roughly 6,400 square feet for Laboratory, Office and Conference space, Site selection and design, Programming, Cost Estimating, Laboratory design, etc. Construction Budget is roughly set at Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000). This Project is 100% locally funded.

The Town of Wilsonville will accept statements of qualifications from Alabama licensed engineers to provide Engineering Services for up to Three (3) Years for Public Works Projects to be funded, in whole or in part, through federal or state grant programs. Project selection and payment terms will be negotiated with the selected firm and shall be based on funding program and local requirements.
