The International Motorsports Hall of Fame (IMHOF) requests qualifications from qualified design professionals to provide architectural/engineering services under an Open-Ended Agreement, on an as needed basis, for Various Projects located at its Talladega, AL facility . The scope of work for professional design services shall include but not be limited to full architectural and or engineering services for HVAC improvements and modernization to three main museum facilities, parking lot improvements, weatherization improvements and reroofing projects. The estimated construction budget for this open-end agreement is $2,000,000.00.

The Alabama Department of Finance, Real Property Management, Division of Construction Management (DCM) requests qualifications from qualified Mechanical Engineering firms under an Open-End Agreement for Various Projects at Governmental Facilities throughout Alabama. The Open-End Agreement(s) may be awarded to multiple firms and the services will be contracted under both fees and hourly rates in accordance with the DCM Manual of Procedures. The services will cover various repairs, maintenance, and incidental construction projects at governmental facilities throughout Alabama. The work will be for various State Agencies requiring professional design services to include emergency response. The projects will vary in size, complexity, and duration.

The services will cover various renovations, repairs, remodeling, and new construction projects at correctional facilities throughout the state of Alabama. The projects will vary in size, complexity, and duration. The maximum estimated construction budget for each Open-End Agreement is $20,000,000.
