The Alabama Public Television (APT) requests qualifications from licensed Architects, Engineers, Professional firms, or joint ventures thereof to provide professional services for the
APT Transmitter Building in Winfield, Alabama
. The Scope of Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Building refurbishment to include but not be limited to New Roof, Side replacement, door replacement, concrete pad and wall work, new HVAC, new Plumbing, new restroom, new septic tank and field lines, and miscellaneous new electrical work. Existing structure is under 1,000 square feet. The maximum estimated construction budget for the total Open-End Agreement is $240,000.

The term of the agreement will be for two (2) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. The estimated construction budget for this agreement is $3,000,000.00.
