Auburn University

Auburn University seeks a design team to lead Mary Martin Hall Comprehensive Renovation (AU Project Number 26-436) while preserving the building’s historic character and strengthening its role within the campus experience. Building upon prior planning and feasibility studies, the project will evaluate opportunities to restore significant architectural features, modernize building systems, improve accessibility, rehabilitate the building envelope, and create best-in-class student-facing and campus-focused spaces that celebrate Auburn’s traditions, history, and identity. Particular emphasis will be placed on restoring historically significant spaces and creating an engaging environment that supports student interaction, university outreach, events, and institutional storytelling.

Alabama Department of Corrections

The Alabama Department of Corrections requests qualifications from qualified design professionals to provide architectural and/or engineering services under an Open-End Agreement for Various Projects at Correctional Facilities throughout Alabama. The services will cover various renovations, repairs, remodeling, and new construction projects at correctional facilities throughout the state of Alabama. The projects will vary in size, complexity, and duration. The maximum estimated construction budget for each Open-End Agreement is $20,000,000.

Poarch Band of Creek Indians

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians (PBCI) invites the submittal of responses from qualified firm(s) interested in providing architectural and engineering services in connection with the design and planning of the Perdido River Farms Feeding Facility and Site Improvements project, to be built on or near the PBCI reservation (Atmore, Escambia County, AL). Architectural & Engineering firm(s) must be licensed or be able to obtain licensing before entering a contract and in good standing with the State of Alabama. The selected Architect will assist the Tribe in determining the building location, needed utility infrastructure, programming, and produce alternate renderings of the proposed facility to be presented to Tribal Council for review and approval. Upon approval from Tribal Council, the architect will develop construction plans, assist in bidding, and perform construction management services for the duration of the project.

The Alabama Building Renovation Finance Authority (ABRFA) requests qualifications from licensed Architects, Interior Designers, Professional firms, or joint ventures thereof to provide professional Architectural, Interior services, and Water Intrusion including roof work under an Architect Open-End Agreement, on an as needed basis, for Various Projects for Buildings Owned or Managed by ABRFA in Montgomery, AL. The maximum estimated construction budget for each Open-End Agreement is $3,000,000.
